Albert Dijkslag MSc, Manager Nutrition & Innovation Poultry, ForFarmers

Albert Dijkslag gained his MSc degree in animal sciences, with special focus on animal nutrition, at Wageningen University (Wageningen, The Netherlands) in 1995. After working as quality consultant in the animal feed sector he joined ForFarmers in 2001 as poultry nutritionist. Within ForFarmers he is nowadays responsible for the research and development program of the company for poultry. Special fields of attention of the ForFarmers R&D are long living laying hens, foot pad dermatitis in broilers, crude fibre in poultry nutrition, non beak trimmed layers, amino acid nutrition in broilers and phosphorus nutrition in layers.
